US Senior Pickleball Code of Ethics
The mission of USSP is to support the growth of pickleball around the world through a social, competitive environment for players of all skill levels ages 50 plus.

The values of good sportsmanship are key to supporting the mission and growth of pickleball. The USSP Code of Ethics applies to all members and in all situations that relate directly or indirectly to Pickleball play. The USSP Board reserves the right to cancel membership, if a member violates the Code or their negative conduct is thought to be harmful to the organization and the sport.
All US Senior Pickleball members, tournament officials, referees, volunteers, and spectators agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics:
- I will engage in sportsmanlike conduct and encourage others to do so.
- I will foster behavior that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of others.
- I will avoid the use of profanity and unkind gestures.
- I will treat others with respect and civility.
- I will exhibit fairness and honesty when associating with others.
- I will display professionalism when acting in any official capacity or as a volunteer.
- I will avoid use of the organization’s information, social media, or materials for personal gain.
- I will adhere to the protocols established by the playing venues, both public or private.
- I will observe the Golden Rule of doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.
By adhering to the US Senior Pickleball Code of Ethics, we can foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes physical and mental well-being among senior players.
