SUMMARY:2026 NH Senior Games Pickleball Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Aug 07\, 2026 – Aug 09\, 2026\n\nRegister Here! \n\n\nWelcome to the 2026 New Hampshire Senior Games Pickleball Tournament!\n\nThis is a USA Pickleball Sanctioned Tournament. That means that all players must be active members of USA Pickleball\, the National Governing Organization for Pickleball in the United States. It also means that all results will be reported to USA Pickleball\, the National Senior Games Association\, and DUPR. Some matches\, but not all\, will be refereed. All referees are USA Pickleball officials. The head referee is Certified Referee Joseph L. Santoro.\n\nYear 2026 is also a qualifying year for the National Senior Games on 2027.\n\nThis year’s event takes place on the beautiful campus of Pinkerton Academy in Derry\, New Hampshire\, where there could be as many as 24 courts. Registration is limited to the first 350 players to fully pay the registration fee.\n\nThe dates and events are:\n\nFriday\, August 07: Men’s Singles\nWomen’s Singles\nMen’s Mini-Singles\nWomen’s Mini-Singles\n\nSaturday\, August 08: Women’s Doubles\nMen’s Doubles\n\nSunday\, August 09: Mixed Doubles\n\nFormat\n\nAll games will be Round Robin. Based upon the bracket size\, the games will be 1-15 points\, winning by 2\, or 1-11 points\, winning by 2. In a Round Robin format\, each team plays every other team in that bracket at least once. For example\, in a bracket with eight teams\, each team will play seven games.\n\nBrackets are limited to a minimum of three teams and a maximum of eight teams which will play as follows:\n\n— Brackets with 3 or 4 teams will play a double Round Robin to 15 points.\n— Brackets with 5 teams will play a single Round Robin to 15 points.\n— Brackets with 6\, 7\, or 8 teams will play a single Round Robin to 11 points.\n\nBrackets are formed first by Skill Level\, such as 2.5\, 3.0\, etc.\, and then by Age in five year increments\, such as 50-54\, 55-59\, etc. If a bracket is originally outside the minimums\, the tournament director may combine them.\n\nExample\n\nAssume a Skill Level X.X bracket is composed of three age five year age groups with\ntwo teams each:\n\nAge Group 50-54 Two Teams\nAge Group 55-59 Two Teams\nAge Group 60-64 Two Teams\n\nThese teams may be combined into a single comprehensive bracket identified as Age 50+.\n\nThe Tournament Director reserves the right to merge brackets when there is an insufficient number of players within a bracket to make for meaningful play. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to change the format should circumstances\, such as adverse weather conditions\, necessitate expediency.\n\nOther Notes:\n1. The registration fee includes a souvenir tournament tee-shirt.\n2. Individual events can be added to the registration for a separate fee.\n3. This is an out-door tournament with no back-up dates. Thus\, each registrant assumes\nthe risk that adverse weather could create scheduling delays\, abbreviated play\, or\nevent cancelation.\n4. There is a no-refund policy. However\, any request to withdraw received by July 14\, 2025\,\nentitles the player to a refund not to exceed $ 45.00.

You MUST have your membership number in your profile before you register to get the $10 off!\n\nThis is a qualifying year for the 2027 Senior Games in Tulsa\, OK.\nThis tournament is based on Age/Skill – age groups as primary determinate within skill events (recreational or advanced)\n\nFun Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for Recreational (2.5 to 3.5) and Advanced (4.0 to 5.0) events for players 50 and above. Age events each 5 years within the two skill events (recreational and advanced). TD may combine age brackets as needed to ensure quality play.\n\nRatings (USSP ratings will be used\, but if no USSP rating then see below)\n• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view\, we are only using DUPR when there is a significant discrepancy. If players have a USSP rating then that is what is used. If players do not have a USSP rating then the self-rating is used.\n• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your rating.\n• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill\, please contact the tournament director.
